André Frossard Pereira de Lucena é economista formado pela PUC-Rio, com mestrado e doutorado em Planejamento Energético e Ambiental. Foi pesquisador do Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory nos EUA, trabalhando em avaliação de impactos de mudanças climáticas sobre infraestrutura de energia. Atualmente é professor adjunto do Programa de Planejamento Energético da COPPE/UFRJ, atuando em pesquisa nas áreas de planejamento energético integrado, modelagem energética, mudanças climáticas globais e economia do meio ambiente. É autor do Painel Brasileiro de Mudanças Climáticas e recentemente foi participou como autor colaborador do Quinto Relatório de Avaliação do Painel Intergovernamental sobre Mudanças Climáticas da ONU (IPCC). Em 2012 recebeu o prêmio Fulbright Regional Network for Applied Research, concedido pelo Governo dos Estados Unidos, no tema Energia Sustentável e em 2014 foi agraciado com prêmio Giulio Massarani de mérito acadêmico pela COPPE/UFRJ.

A specialist working in profit improvement projects, strategic energy reviews, and best practice implementation for the oil refining industry in various countries in Latin America. Felipe has a MSc in Refinery Design and Operations and Process Integration from the University of Manchester, England and a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of São Paulo, Brazil.

He spent the first 10 years on development of oil & gas growth opportunities and commercial operations in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. Currently, he is focused on leading key profit center organizations.
Javier gained a Bachelor of Science and Operations Management degree in 1992 at Rutgers University, US. After graduation, he spent 6 years in Peru working in the manufacturing Industry in positions of increasing responsibility from production and plant supervisory to general manager role.

John has over twenty-five years of international experience in field Unitisation & Redetermination as an Independent Expert, Expert Witness and in advising clients in equity case preparation. In the last decade John has built and sold a small oil company and is now an independent consultant and a director of an energy investment company. John has worked in Brazil on several occasions and speaks Portuguese.
