Since joining Shell in 1996 after graduating with a Master of Engineering in Chemical and Bioprocess from the University of Surrey, UK, she has enjoyed an international career living and working amongst others in the Netherlands, USA, Nigeria, Norway and latest Brazil. Her latest role prior to moving to Brazil was as the Asset Manager for the Troll gas and oil field in Norway. Since 2004, she has been actively involved in unitizations and is part of Shell´s global community of expertise for unitization.

He is responsible for the company activities in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and the Gulf of Mexico. The engineer was a member of the sanctioning team for the Independence Hub project in 2005 and has served as the general manager since 2013. He has 21 years of experience with Anadarko Petroleum, with half of that time in deep water development. Hart has served at Anadarko in multiple capacities including General Manager US Onshore, Exploration Manager, South America Development and Investor Relations Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Felipe has been with BP since 2006 and has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry.

He currently holds the position of Regional President Latin America, comprising all of BP’s upstream businesses and shareholdings in the countries of Brazil, Venezuela, Mexico, and Argentina, with the heads of each of these countries reporting into the regional president Latin America. Within this region, Felipe is accountable for overseeing all E&P access, development and production operations.

In his prior role, Felipe was Chief Commercial Officer for BP’s Integrated Supply & Trading business (IST), where he headed the Commercial Development group leading business development across the gas value chain. In addition to working with IST regional businesses he also supported the Upstream business providing guidance for gas/LNG marketing. His business portfolio included Guangdong Dapeng LNG import terminal JV and Shenzhen Dapeng LNG trucking JV in China and India Gas Solutions (India downstream gas marketing JV).
