Mr. Augusto Salomon is the Executive President of the Brazilian Association of Piped Gas Distributors - ABEGÁS, and has worked in the gas market since 1992, when he founded GAS BRASIL – a B2B networking site for natural gas sector. He has a degree in Computer Science, and a MBA's in Project and Business Management. He is a co-founder of pioneer in Brazil "Syspro Engeneering & Holding”, a developer of wireless communication technology company. He was a Project Manager at the Center for Development Research Informatics and Automation, an arm of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Federal Government for the state-of-the-art software development and technology exporter. Since 2006, he has been working for ABEGÁS, representing all piped gas distributors in the country, helping in the improvement of political agendas that benefit the gas industry.

Felipe has been with BP since 2006 and has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry.

He currently holds the position of Regional President Latin America, comprising all of BP’s upstream businesses and shareholdings in the countries of Brazil, Venezuela, Mexico, and Argentina, with the heads of each of these countries reporting into the regional president Latin America. Within this region, Felipe is accountable for overseeing all E&P access, development and production operations.

In his prior role, Felipe was Chief Commercial Officer for BP’s Integrated Supply & Trading business (IST), where he headed the Commercial Development group leading business development across the gas value chain. In addition to working with IST regional businesses he also supported the Upstream business providing guidance for gas/LNG marketing. His business portfolio included Guangdong Dapeng LNG import terminal JV and Shenzhen Dapeng LNG trucking JV in China and India Gas Solutions (India downstream gas marketing JV).

He is currently responsible for the concept and execution of production development projects in Lula field, located at the Brazilian presalt area, where ten Floating Storage and Offloading Systems must operate. Six of them have been already in operation, processing from 100 to 150 kbpd, demanding capital expenditure of more than U$ 40 billion. The engineer has experience in managing and approving upstream projects, and has formerly been corporate general manager for production development projects in Petrobras, with the role of improving the Upstream Projects Design, Sanction & Execution framework. Flavio also worked in business development em divestiment activities. He got a bachelor degree from Instituto Militar de Engenharia (IME).

Senior Partner of Bocater, Camargo, Costa e Silva, Rodrigues Advogados, a retired attorney of the State of Rio de Janeiro and General Coordinator of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance -- Rio de Janeiro Branch.

Jeff Farr

Jeff Farr graduated with degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from UC Irvine and UC Berkeley before joining ExxonMobil. He has held Reservoir Engineering, Development Planning, and Supervisor assignments for fields in Alaska, Canada, Chad, Equatorial Guinea, and Texas as well as Upstream Ventures responsibilities for North Africa and Eastern Mediterranean. Jeff participated in several reserve negotiations and development of new field contracts before accepting his current position with global responsibilities for Unitizations and Equity Redeterminations.
Outside of ExxonMobil, Jeff has been Chairman and Treasurer of the Society Petroleum Engineers Alaska Section and Director for Grace Christian School Board. He and his wife, Laura, have been married for 28 years and have three kids and one grandchild.
