In charge of this department since 2010, she is responsible for the definition and evaluation of geological areas for oil bids and for hiring and managing geological and geophysical studies performed by the regulatory agency. Previously, Eliane was an advisor to the agency board of Exploration and Production. The superintendent joined ANP in 2006 as a specialist in geology and geophysics. She graduated in 2004 in Geology from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and in 2006 got a Master degree in exploration geology from the same university.

He has been in Petrobras for over 33 years, working in the Exploration and Production area. During his career, Fernando held several management positions, including Reservoir Manager in Campos and Sergipe-Alagoas Basins, E&P-SUL Business Unit General Manager, E&P Production Engineering General Manager, Mexilhão Gas field Project Manager and Petrobras Bolivia E&P Director. He got a bachelor degree on Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlandia and also has an Executive MBA from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).

A specialist working in profit improvement projects, strategic energy reviews, and best practice implementation for the oil refining industry in various countries in Latin America. Felipe has a MSc in Refinery Design and Operations and Process Integration from the University of Manchester, England and a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of São Paulo, Brazil.

Sylvia Anjos graduated in Geology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 1978 . In 1979 started working at PETROBRAS as onsite geologist. Obtained her master degree from the University of Illinois in 1984 and her PHd in 1987. Coordinated XRD, SEM and petrology laboratories of Petrobras research Center for 10 years. In 1999 started her managerial career being the manager of the Sedimentology and petrophysics group,and the Stratigraphy and Biostratigraphy group of PETROBRAS Research Center (CENPES). In 2005 moved to the Exploration department as manager of the Petroleum System Modeling Group. Since 2006, she is the General Manager of Geology applied to Exploration. She was the president of the Brazilian Association of Petroleum geologist- ABGP from 2009- 2013. In 2015 was nominated vice-president of the Latin America session of AAPG.
