Former Oil Center Coordinator at the Bahia Federation of Industries. Worked with the Mineral Resources Branch - United Nations, NY. Science initiation with NASA, Moffett Field, CA. CNPq Researcher (technology productivity grant from Brazilian Council for Technological Development).

Licensed in Chemistry from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (1989), Jussara has a Master’s Degree and a Doctor’s Degree in Chemistry from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (1994 and 1999).

She is an Associate Professor of the Chemistry Institute of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and coordinates the Lab for Environmental Chemistry Catalysis.
She also coordinates the Human Resources Development Program for Petroleum and Biofuels Chemistry of the Chemistry Institute of UFRJ (PRH 01).

Eduardo Costa is CEO of Ouro Negro, a technology and innovation company directed to the Oil & Gas Business, since January 2015.
Before that, he was a Business Development Director at Lupatech S.A, Co-founder Director of Gavea Sensors Sistemas de Medição, a fiber optics start-up, and Product Manager at Embratel S.A.
With a great variety of social and collaborative projects as part of his background, Eduardo Costa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications and Production Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Production Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.

Rafael Jaen Williamson is a seasoned executive with over 35 years in the oil & gas industry, with strong technical and operational backgrounds. Rafael has spent the last 10 years in the public and government affairs space where he is considered a subject matter expert in advocacy, reputation and crisis management, and on strategic stakeholder management.
Prior to entering the public and government affairs field, Rafael devoted over 20 years to the managing and operating of refineries in the Americas, specializing in optimization of operations.
Rafael authored “Energía en Latinoamérica: crónicas de la búsqueda de una identidad” (ISBN 978-9962-676-02-7), a book on energy in Latin America. Moreover, he has contributed with a variety of energy-related articles to specialized magazines. He has delivered more than 18 international speeches to external audiences. He has also lectured as a professor in marketing to the MBA courses at Universidad Interamericana de Panamá.
Rafael was bestowed with the Interamerican Medal by the Interamerican University of Panamá. This medal is bestowed to members of the University community, who have accomplished actions and services in favor of the Institution, have demonstrated a special capacity and dedication, or have excelled in promoting the prestige of the University in a national & international level.
He is graduated in Chemical Engineering and holds an MBA, with emphasis in Marketing. With a multicultural background, Rafael is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese. He has worked and lived in Panama, USA and Brazil.

Syahid joined Pertamina in 2010 and is currently assigned as Assistant to HR & GA Director.

He graduated with B.Eng. degree in Environmental Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Syahid is deeply passionate upon the issue of human resource and actively engages in energy policy discussions, representing Pertamina and Indonesia in numerous international youth platforms.

Syahid has a long exposure in learning organization as he involved in Pertamina Corporate University transformation, and was a key person in developing Pertamina Professional Certification Center as well as Universitas Pertamina as a higher-education institution under Pertamina Foundation.
