Rights
1. Use the benefits established by NR-13;
2. Receive a certificate granted by OCP/IBP and endorsed by Cgcre, the General Accreditation Coordination, i.e. internationally recognized;
3. Receive all the necessary information about the Certification Process and the documents applicable to it;
4. Make Complaints to the OCP/IBP consistent with the scope of Certification;
5. Make Appeals to the OCP/IBP, which will take appropriate action in each case;
6. To be informed, consulted or to participate in the revision of the rules pertaining to the Certification Process;
7. At the end of each assessment, receive a written report with the evidence of compliance and non-compliance or concerns verified by the Audit Team;
8. Where applicable, refuse the appointment of an auditor appointed by the OCP/IBP.
Duties
1. Comply with all the clauses established in the contract between the OCP/IBP and the certified organization/company;
2. Follow all the requirements established in the OCP/IBP procedures, normative and regulatory documents applicable to the SPIE certification;
3. Report any changes that may have occurred concerning those assessed in the previous audit;
4. Use the certificate according to the clauses of the contract;
5. Allow access to their facilities and documentation relating to the organization/company certified in SPIE;
6. Grant Cgcre assessors access to its premises and facilities when carrying out witness audits and market monitoring actions. If the organization does not grant them access, the OCP/IBP will suspend the organization’s certification (NIT-DICOR-077, item 9.c);
7. Eliminate all non-compliant and concerning aspects identified and agreed upon in the audits;
8. Provide all information requested by OCP/IBP.
