Debates
To boost youth leader’s career, we promote several events, coordinated by IBP Youth Committee, on relevant and currently discussed topics on political, economic, social and technical issues. The main goal is to gather young professionals to change ideas and experiences in a dynamic and integrated networking environment.
Youth Professional Program
The program was created in 2002 to promote, engage and integrate young students to the national oil and gas industry. Coordinated by IBP’s Youth Committee, the initiative gathers oil and gas CEOs and specialists, recruiters, HR experts, young leaders and students. This year, the event will be held inside universities and in the OTC Brazil 2017 and Rio Pipeline 2017 conferences.
Partnerships
Several partners are helping us to engage youth audience on several segments from the national and international oil and gas industry to bring to the table discussions on technical, political, economic and leadership issues.
