Gustavo Bursztyn was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he graduated from the Rio de Janeiro State University, with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Shell, he worked for Arthur Andersen for 9 years, leaving his Senior Audit Manager position to join Shell Brasil in 2003, where he held several finance positions, including financial planning, accounting and reporting. In 2007 he joined the Royal Dutch Shell Investor Relations team in The Hague, Netherlands, where he managed RDS’ Quarterly Results Announcements and spend external time with shareholders and financial market analysts throughout the world, focusing on Shell’s strategy, delivery and financial performance of all Shell’s businesses. In 2011, based out of Houston, Gustavo managed the global Finance Projects (P&T) Deepwater team, managing the development of Deepwater projects, together with his team of Project Finance Managers. Early 2016, aligned with Shell´s acquisition of BG, Gustavo moved back to Brazil as the CFO of Shell Brasil Petroleo Ltda, leading the two companies integration and a world class portfolio of Deepwater assets (operated and non-operated).
Izhak “Tsahi Reich is currently the Consul for Economic Affairs at Israel Trade & Investment in Sao Paulo. Previously, he served as a cadet at the Ministry of Economy and Industry, where he was responsible for offices in the United States and Canada. Prior to working in the public sector, Tsahi led the Business Development of water treatment company GES and established a Business Intelligence and Competitive Intelligence unit at IDE, the world’s leading Desalination Company. He has worked as an associate consultant at TASC, Israel’s leading strategic consulting firm and, along with the Rewards Network, has provided capital and marketing services to the Restaurant Industry. Tsahi holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Herzeliya Interdisciplinary Center.”

He has Bachelor’s degree in electric-mechanic engineer at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN), at Córdoba – Argentina, has held positions at Siemens since 1996, with operations also in Argentina and Germany. He has been leading areas as Manufacturing and Process Automation, Customer Service Industrial and the Account Management team of large industrial accounts. Member of the Industrial Automation area at Abinee, and member of the National Council of CONIMAQ-ABIMAQ. Pablo has a MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas, among other courses in different areas of Leadership, Management, Marketing and Sales.
Dr. Thomas Bauer is senior engineer and project manager in the department of Embedded Software Engineering at the Fraunhofer Institute for Experimental Software Engineering IESE in Kaiserslautern (Germany). Dr. Bauer received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. His research interests comprise the design of large scale system architectures and the verification and validation of technical, software-intensive systems. In recent years he has focused on the usage of virtualization and digital twins for system design and validation. Dr. Bauer has been led various strategic research projects in the area of model-based quality assurance of safety-critical software-intensive systems and manifold industry and consulting projects with companies from the automotive and manufacturing domain.
Sergej Arent leads the global HIMA Smart Safety Applications division on strategic and operational activities, focusing on HIMA expansion from a pioneering product manufacturer to the first choice solution provider. Before Sergej Arent took over a management responsibility, he went through a technical career beginning with six years of engineering and commissioning of ABB control systems within the petrochemical industry. In 2007 Sergej Arent joined HIMA and was responsible for engineering and management of global multi-million customer projects including typical safety applications such as Emergency Shutdown, Fire & Gas, Burner Management, Turbomachinery Control, High Integrity Pressure Protection, and Pipeline Leak Detection Systems.
Robledo Gioia has been responsible for Logum Logística’s Operations area since April 2019. Graduated in Civil Engineering from Santa Úrsula University in 1981 and postgraduate from SDE (Business Development Society) in 1997. He worked at Shell from 1984 until 2011, with a focus on operations and transportation. Since 2001, he has coordinated Shell’s Customer Service Centers in Latin America, which are responsible for the company’s logistics chain, reporting to Shell’s global structure in London. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2015, he assumed the General Directorate of the Libra Container Terminal in the Port of Rio de Janeiro.
Ricardo Hatschbach works as Business Development Director at Cosan group. Prior to that, he worked at ABN AMRO bank, in The Netherlands, as Senior Banker to large European Energy companies across all investment and corporate banking products. With over 17 years of work experience, he also worked at Shell, Gavea Investimentos and Brasil Plural bank. Ricardo is a Mechanical Engineer by background, with executive MBA in Finance and most recently, Ricardo graduated from the General Management Program (GMP) at Harvard Business School.
Olav is vice president for Equinor´s Midstream Infrastructure in Brazil. Before the current position he was Country Manager for Germany, worked in North America and in Central Asia overseeing Equinor’s midstream activities. Before joining Equinor in 2008, Olav worked in Norsk Hydro as managing director of Norsk Hydro’s aluminium activities in South America and before 2004 as vice president of power and gas marketing activities in Europe. Prior to 2000 he had various managerial positions within oil and gas sales and transportation in Saga Petroleum, an independent oil and gas company in Norway. Olav has a Master of Science in Marine Engineering and postgraduate studies in economics.
Received his Ph.D. in Economics and M.Sc. in Structural Engineering from Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), his MBA in International Relations from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), his Specialization in Trade and Logistics of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products from Petrobras University, and his B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Fumec University. Consultant Engineer and Professor of Structural Engineering and Economics, his recent researches have been focused on Pipeline Engineering and Energy Economics. Member of Petrobras staff since 2002, his experiences include positions of trade and logistics analyst, technical coordinator, commercial manager and member of Board of Directors and Investment & Finance Committees of subsidiary companies.
