Támara García Bermejo

Támara has more than 15 years of experience in technology and innovation in Oil and Gas sector.
She started her career at the Repsol Technology Center in Madrid, Spain, as part of the R&D team at E & P. Since 2017, she has led a Repsol Sinopec Brazil R&D team.

Sylvia dos Anjos

Sylvia Anjos graduated in Geology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 1978.
In 1979 started working at PETROBRAS as onsite geologist. Obtained her master degree from the University of Illinois in 1984 and her phD in 1987. Coordinated XRD, SEM and petrology laboratories of Petrobras research Center for 10 years.
In 1999 started her managerial career being the manager of the Sedimentology and Petrophysics group, and the Stratigraphy and Biostratigraphy group of PETROBRAS Research Center (CENPES).
In 2005 moved to the Exploration department as manager of the Petroleum System Modeling Group. She was the General Manager of Geology applied to Exploration for 10 years and since 2016 is the general manager deputy of The Applied Technology of the Libra Project team. From 2017 to February 2019, she was President of the Brazilian Association of Petroleum Geologists-ABGP.

Rafael Torres

Rafael is a versatile executive with over 24 years of experience, 15 of them working in the oil & energy industry with experiences in several management/leadership roles. He joined SBM Offshore in October 2008 as Project Engineer and along his career in SBM held other relevant positions in several Projects such as Procurement Manager, Project Manager, Project Office Director and currently as Business Development Director, leading the strategy for the region, including ownership of key client accounts and new projects. During this period, his main achievements were delivery of five FPSO projects (P-57, Cidade de Paraty, Cidade de Ilhabela; Cidade de Marica & Cidade de Saquarema); PRA Calm Buoy modification; company rightsizing / restructuring and successful FPSO tendering.

Pedro Leal Noce

Executive with extensive experience in innovation and digital business. Today I work as Digital and Pulse Manager at Raízen Innovation Hub.

Orlando Ribeiro

Orlando Ribeiro has been with Petrobras for 35 years. He started his career in Campos Basin as an Offshore Completion Engineer and held several Technical and Management positions in various areas, including Completion Operations, Subsea Engineering, R&D, New Ventures and Gas and Power. He was Project Manager for the Cascade and Chinook Development, in the Gulf of Mexico. After this, he was Program Manager for the PROCAP Future Vision Program. In July 2012 he was the Production Engineering R&D General Manager of Petrobras R&D Center and in 2014 he was Subsea, Wells and Facilities General Manager for the Libra development. Since April 2018 he is the Petrobras R&D Center Executive Manager.
Mr Ribeiro has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering and the Petrobras Petroleum Engineering course. He also concluded Graduate Studies on Science and Technology management in the University of São Paulo and INSEAD. In addition, Mr. Ribeiro has two patents, is author or co-author of several papers and takes part in the organizer committee for some events in the subsea and offshore areas, such as: OTC, SPE Forum Series Brazil, Rio Oil & Gas, Subsea Forum Rio.

Nivio Ziviani

Professor Emeritus of the Department of Computer Science (DCS) of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and Member of the Administrative Councils of Kunumi, Technology Park of Belo Horizonte and Petrobras. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo (Canada) and is a Member of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences and the National Order of Scientific Merit in the classes Comendador and Gran Cruz. As an entrepreneur he founded companies from knowledge generated within the DCS/UFMG, namely: Kunumi (2016), Neemu (2010), Akwan (2000) and Miner (1998). He is the author of the book Design of Algorithms and co-author of over 180 scientific articles in the areas of algorithms, information retrieval, machine learning and artificial neural networks.

Marcelo Xavier

Marcelo Xavier is 39 years old and holds graduation degree in mechanical engineering and master degree in subsea engineering from Fluminense Federal and from Rio de Janeiro Federal universities respectively.
He joined Subsea 7 in 2001 and since then had worked in many projects at different locations including offshore campaigns onboard several vessels. He has also published a number of technical papers in different international conferences.
In 2017, following three years working for Africa region, he moved back from Paris to Rio to lead Subsea 7 in Brazil as Vice-President.

Marcelo Inojosa

As an Oil & Gas & Chemical Industry Consultant, he is responsible for developing strategies for Rockwell Automation’s growth and positioning in these industries. Helping customers in expanding human possibility by implementing “The Connected Enterprise” to make them more productive and sustainable.
18 years of experience in the technical-commercial area.
Manages business development by promoting Rockwell Automation solutions within the industry through seminars and presentations.
Graduated in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Control and Automation in the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP) with an MBA from COPPE / UFRJ.

José Carlos Pinto

José Carlos Pinto has a Master’s degree (1987) and a PhD degree (1991) in Chemical Engineering from Coppe/UFRJ and is a full professor at UFRJ where he started his teaching career in Coppe’s Chemical Engineering Program in 1992. In 2000, he did a post-doc on chemical reactors. José Carlos has been Coppe’s R&D Director from 2013 until 2015, and from 2011 until 2015 he has also been the CEO of Coppetec Foundation (Coordination of Projects, Researches and Technological Studies), a non-profit institution, responsible for contracts between companies and the University.

Jaime Barros

Jaime Barros is Vice President of Strategic Accounts at SAP Brazil and has been in the IT industry for over 28 years. At SAP he was director of Global Accounts for Petrobras and Vale, participating in the implementation of several successful cases in these companies and contributing to the generation of reference in the Natural Resources Industry. Jaime has solid experience in sales, complex project management and high performance team building. Prior to joining SAP, Jaime held executive positions with major technology companies such as Neoris, Stefanini and IBM. Jaime Barros holds an MBA from Ibmec and is a Systems and Computer Engineer from the State University of Rio de Janeiro.
