Startup Pitch
As três startups vencedoras do Startup Pitch da primeira edição da Arena de Tecnologia foram:
1º Lugar: FLOCO
Empreendedor: Leandro Pereira Basilio
Solução: O sistema especialista FLOCO (Field Layout Concept Optimizer) gera automaticamente conceitos de sistemas submarinos de produção de petróleo e gás natural, com base na extensa gama de componentes, equipamentos, sistemas e recursos de instalação disponíveis na indústria. Após a geração automática das opções conceituais, o programa organiza e ranqueia os conceitos gerados, com base em indicadores como CAPEX, OPEX, VPL, PAYBACK e TIR.
2º Lugar: KIT METANOHL
Empreendedor: Renato Oliveira Santana
Solução: O produto trata-se de um KIT colorimétrico para detecção do metanol em etanol combustível e gasolina, para o controle da qualidade dos combustíveis, resultado de um acordo de transferência tecnológica com pagamento de royalites à Universidade de Brasília pela empresa Macofren. A análise pode detectar a presença de metanol em combustíveis quando superior a especificação permitida (0,5% v/v) em cerca de 20 min e a sua simples instrumentação não requer um especialista.
3º Lugar: OPEN OCEAN
Empreendedor: Guillaume Bourichon
Solução: Uma ferramenta online para facilitar a procura e a análise de dados e estatísticas meteoceanográficos. A ferramenta proporciona apoio às decisões para caracterizar a área de interesse de projetos offshore, dimensionar as infraestruturas necessárias, assim como estudar o impacto ambiental e planejar as operações no mar.

O Pitch aconteceu no dia 25 de outubro, às 15h, na Arena de Tecnologia. As startups apresentaram, em 10 minutos, suas soluções inovadoras para potenciais investidores e empresas de petróleo e gás. As melhores startups participarão do processo de aceleração. O projeto é realizado pela parceria IBP e StartYouUp.

Mr. Peter Richards | Global VP of Marketing LR Energy – Lloyd’s
Peter is currently Vice President Marketing & Communications for the Energy division of Lloyd’s Register.
Peter joined Lloyd’s Register in 2013, and one of the principle programmes he has driven during his time with the organization has been focused on understanding the challenges which the Oil & Gas sector face in the adoption of new and innovative technologies. He was responsible for creating the Lloyd’s Register Technology Radar which provides a unique perspective on the global trends and market view on the adoption of key technologies in the sector. His work on the Technology Radar was recently recognised by the Petroleum Economist in their 2016 awards for excellence in Stakeholder Communications.
Peter has worked and lived across Europe, Asia and the America’s and has achieved industry and peer recognition throughout his career receiving awards from the Petroleum Economist, Marketing Society, British Quality Foundation, Design Business Association and Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Eduardo Costa | Ouro Negro CEO
Eduardo Costa is CEO of Ouro Negro, a technology and innovation company directed to the Oil & Gas Business, since January 2015.
Before that, he was a Business Development Director at Lupatech S.A, Co-founder Director of Gavea Sensors Sistemas de Medição, a fiber optics start-up, and Product Manager at Embratel S.A.
With a great variety of social and collaborative projects as part of his background, Eduardo Costa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications and Production Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Production Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
